Back by popular demand! A creative weekend of cooking with Nina Timm, food stylist, recipe developer and award winning food blogger. Course includes a food styling and food photography workshop as well as recipes, tips and hints to take your cooking to the next level…the easy way!
Not only is Nina a food stylist, photographer and chef, she is also a mother who understands that someone working full-time, needs help in the kitchen.
They are looking for recipes that are easy, affordable and yet delicious, exactly what inspired her to start her blog. For more than three years she has been entertaining listeners with her stories and recipes during her weekly program on SABC RSG.
In 2014 Nina published her cookbooks “Easy Cooking from Nina’s Kitchen” and ”Maklike Etes uit Nina se Kombuis”.
Nina’s award winning blog ‘My Easy Cooking’ is one of South Africa’s most popular where she creates her easy-to-do delicious dishes.

14:00 Cooking session 1. Entertain the easy way.
18:00 Ghost walk and village ramble – Ailsa Tudhope, historian and story teller,
takes you on a journey back in time with tales of ghosts and village rogues from the
20:00 Welcome dinner at African Relish
08:30 Visit to Saturday market for some local flavour.
09:00 Breakfast at African Relish
10:00 Cooking session 2. Here you will learn more about food styling and photography.
13:00 – Light lunch at African Relish
14:30 Cooking session 3. Creating a 3 course meal with food styling tips.
17:00 At leisure
20:00 Dinner at African Relish where we enjoy the fruits of the day’s culinary endeavours.
07:30 Gather at African Relish for coffee and rusks. Botanical excursion with
Dr Sue Milton, renowned botanist and specialist in Karoo biome biology.
10:00 Cooking session 4. Breakfast, hands-on cooking session with Nina and
resident chef Camilla.
