Pickling and Preserving
When nature gives so generously we should preserve as much as possible for when times are lean. The art of preserving goes way back in time and ancient methods and principles remain relevant today. Learn about real old-world processes and get creative with modern interpretations.
Michelle Lottering will be leading this class. Please bring along 3 glass jars of medium size. Different produce, sweet and savoury will be covered.
Class starts at 17:30 till 19:30. Price includes take-away produce.
Drinks can be ordered from wine list. Coffee and tea will be served.
