Join our chef to learn how to plan and cook for a new way of eating that is about empathy and caring for the earth. Find out about the range of unfamiliar ingredients that make up the vegan diet, and how to use them. Even if you don’t intend to go fully vegan, this course offers and insight into a food movement that is changing the world of food from fine dining to sandwiches.
