A creative weekend of cooking with Nina Timm, food stylist, recipe developer and award winning food blogger. Course includes new and innovative cooking tips, mouthwatering ideas and ingredient combinations, food styling and plating to take your cooking and entertaining to the next level. 


Not only is Nina a food stylist, photographer and chef, she is also a mother who understands that someone working full-time, needs help in the kitchen.
They are looking for recipes that are easy, affordable and yet delicious, exactly what inspired her to start her blog. For more than three years she has been entertaining listeners with her stories and recipes during her weekly program on SABC RSG.

Nina’s award winning blog ‘My Easy Cooking’ is one of South Africa’s most popular where she creates her easy-to-do delicious dishes. 


Weekend Itinerary


Arrive at Prince Albert and settle in to your accommodation.

12:00 Light lunch served by our resident chefs Hendry and Shane . Meet the team and discuss the schedule.

 14:30 Cooking session 1. Italian Feast Entertain the easy way. For your welcome dinner we will be making homemade gnocchi with blue cheese, ravioli with slow roasted beef and focaccia with Karoo Olives. A Winter feast with local fare.

 18:30 Welcome dinner at African Relish.


 09:00 Breakfast at African Relish

 10:00 Cooking session 2. Different ways to prepare and cook with vegetables. Winter salad ideas.

 12:30 Lunch served

 13:30 Winter Siesta or visit local shops and Art Gallery.

16:00 Cooking session 3. Prepping for feeding a crowd. Paella the proper way with side dishes. Dessert a delicious Spanish Flan.

 18:30  Dinner — A Spanish Feast where we enjoy the fruits of the day’s   culinary endeavours.


07:30 Gather at African Relish for coffee and rusks. Botanical excursion with Dr Sue Milton, renowned botanist and specialist in Karoo biome biology.

 09:00 Breakfast at African Relish

 10:00 Cooking session 4. Baking bread with Chef Hendry. Course evaluation and final goodbye.

 12:00 Depart on onward journey.
