Making great desserts is a supremely satisfying pastime and an easy art to master if you just know how. After a perfect meal the only way to finish it off perfectly is with a perfect dessert. So it is time to overcome the fear of failure and become a pudding maestro!
Our master class will include some classics and some contemporary inventions such as:
Panna cotta, crème brulee and semi freddo
Ice creams, sorbets and granite
Crème anglaise, crème patisserie
Fruit coulis and purees
Flavoured butters and creams
Chocolate fondant, mousse
Sugar work, pralines and tuiles
Soufflés butter pudding and traditional malva pudding
