Come and join us for a family Easter cooking session. Together you will learn, you will cook and eat a delicious Easter feast. The meal includes olive bread, pickled fish, lamb neck braised with quince or figs, spicy cauliflower salad, smoked aubergine with tahini dressing, Japanese tomatoes and a chocolate dessert to end of the scrumptious meal. Home-made hot cross buns to take home.
Every dish and ingredient has an interesting anecdotal story to tell around the symbolism and culture of Easter.
