Learn to cook and plate dishes in real conditions to get a feel for running a small restaurant kitchen of your own.
If you’d rather not get your hands dirty, choose to stand back – drink in hand – observing as the kitchen gets ready for service that evening. All recipes are included and explanation, demonstration and discussion of technique will be ongoing.
Each Friday and Saturday evening, Camilla’s at African Relish offers a menu of bread, two starters, two main courses and two desserts. This is the very best of the Cooking School. This course allows you to dive into the action to learn about restaurant kitchens and create each recipe.
Join Camilla for the prep cycle during the day, or get stuck in and work a full service either in the kitchen or front-of-house for the evening. If you don’t feel like slogging it out on the front lines, there’s the option of sitting down to dinner and watching the action in the open plan kitchen.
