Spring roll pastry & Samoosa making class
Discover the simple but satisfying technique to making your own spring roll pastry from scratch that can be used to make not only spring rolls, but samoosas as well and can be paired with both sweet and savoury fillings and dips.
This hands-on class will start at 17:30 till 19:30 and will include snacking on the end products. Drinks can be ordered from our wine list. Rowina Petersen, our assistant chef has a rare skill with pastry and she will lead this class. Maximum of 10 pax. Book early to avoid disappointment.
