Join us on our culinary tour of spicy India to excite and heat up your palate.

Our take on Rogan Josh, a Kashmiri classic made from local Karoo Lamb and tempered spices will inspire you with not only bold and exciting flavours, but enrich you with everyday techniques to liven up your home kitchen. Homemade Naan bread made with local Gay’s yoghurt and ghee to mop up the wonderful sauce.

Once a month, we’ll be offering a “one skill’ or “one technique” course to get a bunch of local cooks and last minute visitors in our kitchen. Class starts at 17:30 till 19:30. Drinks can be ordered from our wine list.  Coffee and tea will be served.
